In 2013 as a 50+ male I found myself looking for my next work assignment. (All work is an assignment from God, Eph 2:10) For 8-months I pursued a career in training and development.  Although, career coach observed when I talked about video my demeanor changed. She suggested I start producing videos. "I can't make money doing that" was my response. "And that's your problem", was her reply. With a leap of faith, I established PWErhardt-Media. My journey has been blessed and challenging but one thing was constant; when I chased after the money I did not succeed.
